02 — Planning & completeness
The deadline
makes the plan.
Give Steinlog one date — the submission deadline — and it works backwards to the rest: clarification cutoff, subcontractor quotes, BOQ freeze, internal review, signature and legalisation lead time. Every derived deadline becomes a task with an owner.
Below is not a mock-up. It is Steinlog working a live TenderNed tender — a Rijksvastgoedbedrijf renovation in Zwolle, all 22 published documents ingested, the milestones and formal requirements read out of the actual aanbestedingsleidraad. Only the companies are fictional.

Derived tasks on the left, the tender's own milestones on the right. The plan is generated from the submission deadline, and re-running it never duplicates a task you already have.

The gate names every form this tender requires and the signature tier each one demands, and refuses to say “ready” while one is still open. The check itself is plain code, not an AI opinion — so a green result means green. This bid is early: nothing is signed yet, and the gate says so rather than flattering you.
Auto-Gantt
A plan that redraws
itself.
The Gantt isn't a document you maintain — it's a view over your milestones and tasks. When an addendum moves the submission date, every dependent deadline shifts and the chart redraws. No one rebuilds the schedule by hand at 6 p.m.
Tasks with names
Every task carries an owner and a reason.
Tasks don't only come from you. The deadline cascade creates them, an addendum's impact creates them, the completeness gate creates them — and each one records where it came from, so nothing is orphaned and nothing is a surprise.
