B2B beta notice · last updated 2026-08-20 · not indexed yet
These terms govern access to Steinlog during pilots and early access. They are a practical B2B notice — not a counsel-signed master services agreement. If you need a signed pilot agreement or DPA PDF, write to hello@steinlog.com.
Provider
Steinlog is provided by Dago Digital Michal Walpole-Skwarczynski (Polish JDG), NIP 9570839810, Lecha Kaczyńskiego 10E, 80-373 Gdańsk, Poland.
The service
Steinlog is a B2B software platform that helps construction and infrastructure firms work public tenders: ingest buyer documents, extract requirements and milestones, collaborate on bids, and related tooling. Features may change during beta. Outputs (drafts, extractions, assistant answers) are decision-support — not legal advice and not a substitute for your own professional review before submission.
Accounts & eligibility
You must use a work email and have authority to bind the organisation you name. You are responsible for credentials, invites, and who you grant project access (including consortium partners). Keep contact details accurate so we can reach you about security or service incidents.
Acceptable use
- Use Steinlog only for lawful business purposes related to public procurement bids.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape other tenants' data, or probe isolation boundaries.
- Do not reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits, or use it to build a competing product by systematically extracting our prompts, models, or non-public documentation.
- Do not submit content you have no right to process, and do not use the assistant to generate misleading submissions to a contracting authority.
Your content
You retain ownership of documents and materials you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide Steinlog to your organisation. Content is never used to train AI models. Storage and processing locations follow the residency split on Security (EU-hard storage where pinned; Ireland assistant inference; Voyage/Datalab US embeddings/OCR processing only — not document storage).
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform under these terms, except where disclosure is required by law or already public without breach.
Fees (pilots)
Pilot pricing, if any, is agreed in writing (email is enough) before paid use begins. Free evaluation access may be withdrawn or rate-limited. Paid commercial terms supersede this section when signed.
Disclaimer & liability (beta)
The service is provided “as is” during beta. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free extractions, or that assistant output will meet a specific tender. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of Steinlog is limited to the fees you paid us for Steinlog in the three months before the claim (or €100 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for bid outcomes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud or wilful misconduct).
Suspension & termination
Either party may end a pilot on written notice. We may suspend access immediately for security risk, abuse, or non-payment. On termination we will, on request, support export of your project data and then delete primary copies within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal retention duties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Gdańsk have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection venues that may apply.
