Do you submit the bid for us?
No. We assemble, validate, and package; you sign and submit through the official portal. We ingest the receipt back — submission stays a human act.
Does the AI set our prices?
Never. The AI proposes and overlays; every binding price is a human event, enforced at the database layer.
Where is our data?
EU-pinned end to end — storage, compute, logs. Your confidential pricing never leaves EU infrastructure, and we don’t train models on your data.
How much does Steinlog cost?
The four tools on this site — the GAEB and BOQ viewers, the ESPD pre-filler and the QES-readiness check — are free with no account. Steinlog itself, the bid room where you assemble and package a tender, is paid software; see the pricing page for current plans.
Do I still need a qualified electronic signature (QES)?
It depends on the notice. As a general rule, Poland requires a QES for bids above the EU threshold while Germany defaults to Textform — but the binding requirement comes from the specific tender. Steinlog's per-notice gate reads the actual documents and flags the exact signature tier before the deadline. You sign and submit yourself.
Which countries does Steinlog cover?
Steinlog is built for EU public construction procurement, with first-class support for Poland and Germany and localized flows for France and Egypt. It is one bid engine with per-country format adapters — GAEB DA-XML in Germany, Excel/ATH przedmiar in Poland — so the same bid model travels across markets.
Can consortium partners work in the same bid?
Yes. A bid can be assembled with your own team and with separate consortium-partner organizations, each invited per bid. Confidentiality is walled between competing bidders, not within your consortium — partners see what they need to co-author the bid and nothing they shouldn't.
Are the free tools really free, and is my file safe?
Yes. The GAEB and BOQ viewers, the ESPD pre-filler and the QES check are free with no account. Files you upload are parsed in your browser session and never stored on our servers — we keep only a small, non-personal summary. We email the full result to the address you provide.
