04 · How it works

Upload to signed package.

Bring the buyer’s tender documents. Steinlog turns them into a priced, gated, provable submission package — and you sign and submit.

01

Ingest the tender (Word, Excel, PDF)

02

Clause-anchored requirements + bill of quantities

03

Price it together — human-owned numbers

04

The gate computes what blocks submission

05

Package: GAEB X84 / .ATH, ESPD, ASiC-E + timestamp

06

You sign and submit; we ingest the receipt

The readiness gate

01

The readiness gate

One “can we submit / what’s blocking” oracle, each gap tied to its clause and routed to an owner. It computes the per-tender signature tier — AdES by default, QES only when the notice demands it.

02

AI proposes, humans own

The AI drafts the plan, the prices, the documents — but every binding act is a human event, enforced at the data layer. It round-trips the authority’s own files; it never invents a fresh one.
