We’re building the bid room we wished existed.
Public-construction bids are won and lost on paperwork — yet the work happens in email threads and spreadsheets nobody can later prove. We think assembling a bid, across a team and across companies, deserves a real workspace and a record you can stand behind.
Why now
EU procurement is digital end to end — eForms, ESPD, qualified signatures, GAEB. The pieces exist; nothing ties them into one room where a consortium builds the bid together and leaves with proof.
Our principle
AI proposes; humans own. The machine does the clerical work — extraction, drafting, the critical path — but every binding act stays a human decision, enforced in the data, not just the workflow.
