- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. You start a pilot on a real tender with no card and no commitment. We agree pricing with you only if it works.
- Who is Steinlog for?
- The people who assemble construction and engineering tenders — bid managers, work planners, and the consortium partners they bid with. It fits a solo preparer up to a multi-company, cross-border consortium.
- What does it cost?
- During the pilot it is free. After that it is €1,250 per month per company — not per seat, so the whole bid team and your consortium partners are included. That is the current launch price and may change as the programme opens up.
- Is my tender data used to train AI models?
- No. Your documents are never used to train models. Assistant inference is processed in Ireland (EU regional endpoint) and only against your own project, on demand.
- Where is our data stored?
- Your documents and database are stored in the EU, in an isolated database per client. Assistant inference runs in Ireland (EU). Embeddings and OCR may leave the EU — see the Security page for the full architecture and subprocessor list.
- Can we stop whenever we want?
- Yes. The pilot has no commitment and no notice period — stop at any time and export everything you have put in. There is no card to cancel.
- Can we export everything and leave?
- Yes. Every version, change and access can be exported as a single archive at any time. No lock-in.
- How many people can use it?
- Team and Consortium are priced per company, not per seat — bring everyone who touches the bid, including consortium partners.
